The Costco Connection, a lifestyle magazine for Costco members, has published a story written by Claire Sykes about my Bosnia project in the May 2010 issue, also available online.

It's a pleasure to be on the advisory committee of SocialDocumentary.Net (SDN). SDN is a website for photographers, NGOs, editors, journalists, lovers of photography and anyone else who believes that photography plays an important role in educating people about our world.

I recently photographed glass artist Janis Miltenberger at work in her studio for a chapter in the Penland Book of Glass: Master Classes in Flamework Techniques, published in 2009 by Lark Books, and shot a cover story featuring senior yoga teacher Felicity Green for Ascent Magazine. Photos from both projects are in the “short photoessays” section of this website.
